Home Inspection Fee Structure

A report is provided at the end of the comprehensive home inspection, or a typed narrative report is furnished within twenty-four hours after the inspection.
Home Inspection Fee

Homes selling for less than $175,000: $250
Homes selling between $175,000 and $200,000: $275
Homes selling for $225,000 and $250,000: $285
Homes selling for $275,000 and $300,000: $300
Homes selling for $325,000 and $350,000: $350
Homes selling for $375,000 and $400,000: $400
Homes selling for $425,000 and $500,000: $450
Homes selling for $500,000 and $600,000: $485
All homes above $500,000 call for a quote.

Condos less than $200,000: $200
Condos selling $200,000 and $250,000: $250
Condos selling $275,000 and $300,000: $300
All condos selling above $300,000 call for a quote.

New construction minimum $250 per visit.

Termite Inspections range between $60 and $200. All termite treatments call for estimate (minimum charge $650)

All partial inspections or reinspections range between $150 and $200 (Example of partial inspections are one item or system: roof, basement, walls, plywood, etc.)

Radon testing with home inspection: $130 extra
Radon testing without home inspection: $145

Please note: All utilities must be on in order to perform all home inspections.
