Nola Um Bayemake, founder and president of A&A Certified Home Inspection, Lead Inspection, Termite and Pest Control Company. I have been in the housing inspection business since March of 1990. My experiences come from two sources; Academic achievement and practical field hands-on work.
A&A Certified Home Inspection, Lead Inspection, Termite and Pest Control Company is one of the few companies in America that offers the following services under the same management;
(a) Termite and Pest Inspection and Reports - Perform a visual examination of the readily accessible areas of the structure (interior and exterior) to determine infestation activity. The purpose is to eliminate and/or control termites and or pest related problems in a property with the proper chemicals as set forth in the guidelines and compliance with the department of pesticide and regulatory agencies.
(b) Home Inspections with a FREE TERMITE Report - Conduct home inspections for buyers and sellers of new and existing homes (single family, condo units, row houses, town houses and multi-family dwellings), Analyze the systems and components in the property and to determine condition and functionality in the following areas; Structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances, the roof are just a few of the items inspected. A computerized printed report with pictures and a free termite report is presented to the client either in a hard copy or by e-mail.
( c ) Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor/ Testing - A composite dust wipes from the window wells, window sills and floor are collected and sent to the lab for results.
(d) Neighborhood Environmental report - Provide environmental record within 300 feet of any property and 300 feet beyond. The purpose is to determine if there are;
. Leaking underground fuel or gas tanks that can contaminate soil and ground water
. Homes formerly used as “meth” labs where residual chemicals can cause illness
. Contamination from nearby industrial sites, accidental toxic spills or leaks
. EPA and State top priority clean-up properties
(e) 203K Consultant (FHA)- feasibility studies; rough estimates - go over with client; complete work write-up, computer generated reports to mortgage company, buyer and contractor(s).
(f) Maryland State water tester: Collect water sample to test for contaminants;
Coliform Bacteria, Nitrates, Nitrite, Fluoride, Chloride, Lead and more, collected samples are sent to the lab for analysis.
(g) Certified Mold/Mildew Tester: - A visual inspection to determine the source of moisture content.
- Specimen collection.
- Indoor/outdoor air sample to determine airborne mold spore counts.
- Specimen collected by mold culture and air sampling are sent to the lab for analysis.
